Practice Manager

If you’ve been to our hospital, there’s a good chance you’ve already met Kalei — or at least benefited from something she keeps running behind the scenes. As our Practice Manager, Kalei wears about a dozen hats: inventory wizard, schedule tamer, HR sounding board, tech backup, and all-around clinic glue. Basically, if it needs doing, she’s either already on it or knows exactly who is.

Kalei has been in veterinary medicine since 2015, but her obsession with animals started way earlier — think Animal Planet marathons and naming every creature she saw. She’s now a registered veterinary technician and will officially complete her AVMA-accredited program in August.

What drives her most? Building trust with clients and helping their pets feel safe and cared for. She also has a soft spot for dentistry, nutrition, and finding the perfect inventory system (yes, she actually enjoys that).

At home, she shares her life with two dogs — Tucker the Boxer and Gary the Yorkie — and two cats named Binx and Wednesday. Her downtime is filled with coloring books, good novels, gardening, and elaborate Lego builds that would make an engineer sweat.

Clients often describe Kalei as helpful, knowledgeable, and caring — and she hopes every visit leaves you feeling like your pet is genuinely known and cared for.
