Client Service Representative

Britney has been working in veterinary medicine for four years, inspired by her lifelong love of animals and a desire to help both pets and their people. She plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment clients walk through the door.

She especially enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets, and has a strong interest in client education. Britney takes pride in helping pet owners better understand their pets’ needs and making sure they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

Her caring and compassionate nature, paired with her sense of humor, helps put clients at ease. Coworkers and clients describe her as funny, a little sarcastic, and genuinely caring – someone who brings both personality and heart to the front desk.

At home, Britney has a soft spot for senior pets. She shares her life with two senior cats, Kodiac and Leo, and her senior dog, Sammy. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her animals.
