Indian Peaks Veterinary Hospital is very excited to announce that we will be reopening our hospital to our clients on June 7th, 2021! Starting June 7th, we will be allowing 1 client into the exam room with your pet and ask that you wear a mask while inside the building. This policy is based on current CDC and Boulder County Public Health recommendations to continue to wear masks in health care facilities. Until further notice, please continue to call the hospital at 303-938-9474 when you arrive to check in. A technician or assistant will come out to your car to bring your pet (and now you!) into the hospital. The Doctor will examine your pet with you in the exam room, make any recommendations and perform treatments as needed. If a longer procedure is required, we may ask you to leave your pet with us and have you return at a later time to avoid long waits in the exam room or lobby. We will continue to offer curbside service by request. Please let us know at the time of scheduling. For technician appointments, prescription and food pick ups, we will continue curbside service until further notice. Please call when you arrive and we will escort your pet in for the tech appointment and/or bring out any food or prescription medications to your car. Over the next few months, we will announce any adjustments to these protocols and appreciate your patience as we gradually go back to normal. Finally, as difficult as this last year has been for all of us, we have felt extremely lucky to have been able to keep our staff and clients safe while remaining open and able to care for our patients. We truly thank you for being so understanding and allowing us to continue to care for your beloved furry family members. Can’t wait to see you! |
